Interim CFO - Consulting
Salary: Open
About Company: $20M Construction Products privately held company, looking at an IPO.

Prepare their 2022 consolidated financials to ultimately file an S-1. They are filing the initial S-1 by February 15 but they will not have 2022 numbers so they will need to have these to file an amended S-1 after they get SEC comments. They apparently have the 2021 audited financials but they really have not rolled those forward for 2022.  All the transactions are there but no one’s really looked at these to make sure everything is GAAP.  We need a finance leader who knows construction accounting, GAAP and can work quickly and effectively.  Could be done remotely.   Probably an 80-100 hour initial shot with maybe an ongoing 10 hours a week until possibly May.  Don’t hold me to those hours but I would expect it to not be far off.
