Tracy is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Xaphes, an agency that helps lawyers harness their authentic confidence to be effective business developers and public speakers. Outside of work, Tracy is a budding golfer, habitual fiction reader, part-time foodie, and amateur mixologist.
